About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, hope, and practical support. I grew up in North Louisiana and now call Livingston Parish home, where I enjoy being actively involved in the community.
I have been married for many years and am the proud father of four children. When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my family or volunteering with community service organizations. Those experiences have shaped my belief in the importance of connection, service, and supporting others through life's ups and downs.
Throughout my career, I have worked in schools, community organizations, and leadership roles, giving me a broad understanding of the many factors that influence emotional well being and mental health. I have a particular passion for men's mental health and enjoy helping men navigate the unique pressures of work, family, relationships, and life's transitions. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered to build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I earned a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California, a Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Xavier University of Louisiana, and a Bachelor of Science from Southern University A&M College.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #10377) and a Licensed Prevention Professional (LPP #1041).

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I believe change is possible but I also know it can be hard to figure out where to start. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you take real, practical steps forward without overcomplicating the process. I work with children, adolescents, and families who are dealing with things like stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just feeling stuck during a life transition. Together, we focus on finding healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward.
My style is straightforward and supportive. We’ll talk through what’s going on, look at patterns, and figure out what works for you. I use approaches like CBT, Strength Based, and Motivational Interviewing.
