About Me
Hi, I'm Madison. My passion for counseling began at a young age when I experienced the positive impact that a compassionate counselor had on my life during a difficult time in school. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others feel supported, understood, and empowered as they navigate their own challenges.
As I grew older, I became increasingly aware of the importance of mental health and the need for accessible, meaningful support. This deepened my commitment to the counseling profession and reinforced my desire to help others find healing, growth, and resilience. Outside of the therapy office, I am an animal lover and a music enthusiast. Whether I am singing or simply listening to my favorite songs, music has always been an important source of connection, comfort, and self-expression in my own life.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
My approach to counseling is rooted in the belief that every person is unique and has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful connection. Drawing from Adlerian principles, I help clients explore their sense of purpose, belonging, and the experiences that have shaped their view of themselves and the world around them. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop a more empowering understanding of their personal story.
I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to build on your strengths, increase self-awareness, and create positive change. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable exploring challenges at a pace that feels right for you while developing the tools and confidence needed to move forward.
