About Me
I am Tiffany and the founder of Prairieville Counseling, which I opened in 2013 with a passion for serving the communities I’ve called home. I have two daughters who grew up in Ascension Parish and attended LSU, ensuring my life-long loyalty as a Tiger fan.
Prairieville Counseling was created to provide accessible, high-quality mental health care close to home. Today, most of my work focuses on training, mentoring, and supporting our team of dedicated therapists so every client receives compassionate, thoughtful care. I also continue to support a small caseload.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, working on home projects, and training Ollie, our therapy dog. I remain deeply committed to supporting our staff and fostering a positive, client-centered environment where people feel understood, cared for, and supported.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
Therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to walk through it alone. I’m here to guide you through the process with compassion, honesty, and practical support.
I use approaches like CBT to help shift unhealthy thought patterns and EMDR & Trauma Focused CBT to help process trauma. I understand the challenges facing teenagers, parents, and women, and am passionate about supporting women through life changes.
My own years in therapy inspired me to become a therapist, and I deeply enjoy helping people make positive changes. Today, much of my work focuses on teaching, mentoring, and helping grow therapists who provide high-quality care in Livingston and Ascension Parishes.
