About Me
Hi, I'm Paige! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who was born and raised just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. I moved to Louisiana to attend LSU and quickly fell in love with both the community and the Tigers, making Louisiana home.
Outside of the therapy office, I am a proud mom to a beautiful daughter and enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also love being outdoors, reading, traveling, and playing with my three dogs. I value building genuine connections and believe everyone has a unique story worth sharing. I look forward to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate life's challenges and work toward their goals.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, followed by a Masters of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #16376) and hold the following certifications: Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP II #901642), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP #173426), Qualified School Social Worker (AN669854), and Certified AutPlay Provider.

I am in network with Aetna, Anthem, BHS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Curative, ESI EAP, First Health, LSU First (Tier 2), Meritain Health, MultiPlan, Optum, Ulliance, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have out of network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company.
I do not accept Medicare or Medicare plans.
Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and working toward meaningful change.
With experience in school settings, I enjoy helping children navigate behavioral, emotional, and social challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors. I also work with adults who are facing major life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, or personal challenges and are looking to build healthy coping skills and move toward their goals.
My approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client and draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Arts, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Because every person's journey is different, I strive to meet clients where they are, adapting sessions to provide the support, tools, and guidance that are most helpful in that moment.
