Hi, I'm Adrienne. As a proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University and a member of the Ascension Parish community, I am passionate about helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and growth. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and empowering environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working through life's challenges.
I believe that connection is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I often incorporate humor into my work to help clients feel at ease and supported. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, who is also my college sweetheart, and our beloved fur baby. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Prairieville community and walk alongside clients as they create meaningful change in their lives.

I am in network with Aetna, Anthem, BHS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Curative, ESI EAP, First Health, LSU First (Tier 2), Meritain Health, MultiPlan, Optum, Ulliance, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have out of network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company.

Together, we will identify your strengths, explore challenges, and develop practical strategies to help you move toward your goals with confidence.
I have a special passion for working with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the many demands of balancing personal, professional, and family responsibilities. I also enjoy working with adolescents and families, helping them improve communication, strengthen relationships, and overcome challenges. My training in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) provides me with specialized experience supporting teens and families facing complex behavioral, emotional, and legal concerns.
