About Me
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), proudly raised in the heart of Tiger Stadium. When I'm not in the therapy room, you can usually find me soaking up all the serotonin from my very squishy English Bulldog, Poppy, and my wildly entertaining French Bulldog, Stitch, who keep life interesting and my heart very full.
Authenticity is one of my core values, both personally and professionally. The person you meet in session is the same person my friends, family, and coworkers know - personable, down-to-earth, and genuinely curious. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood, and that the strongest therapeutic relationships are built when both people get to show up as real human beings.

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University in May 2020 and my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2023.

I am in network with Aetna, Anthem, BHS, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Curative, ESI EAP, First Health, LSU First (Tier 2), Meritain Health, MultiPlan, Optum, Ulliance, UMR, and UnitedHealthcare.
If you have out of network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company.
I do not accept Medicare or Medicare plans.
Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I believe growth begins with understanding, not perfection. My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and rooted in evidence-based practices. My role is not to tell you what to do, what is best for you, or pretend to have all the answers. Instead, we will work together to better understand your experiences, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change.
I am passionate about helping clients quiet the noise of perfectionism, unrealistic expectations, and societal pressures so they can reconnect with who they are beneath it all. Together, we will challenge unhelpful patterns, build on your strengths, and create space for growth that feels authentic, sustainable, and uniquely your own.
