Hi, I'm Bre! I was born and raised in Ascension Parish and feel incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to serve the community that has always been home. I truly value the privilege of hearing each person's story and helping clients feel supported, understood, and less alone as they navigate life's challenges.
I am happily married and the proud mom of a son. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, exploring the outdoors, reading, staying active, and traveling whenever I have the opportunity. One of my favorite traditions is bringing home a puzzle from every place we visit. It's a fun way for our family to relive those memories together long after the trip is over. Volleyball is my favorite sport, I like to stay active and always enjoy finding new adventures and places to explore.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life's transitions, manage anxiety, cope with stress, and develop the confidence needed to thrive. These years can bring significant changes and challenges, and I enjoy supporting clients as they build self awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop emotional resilience. I also value working with older adults and have experience helping children express themselves and process emotions through expressive arts and play based interventions.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy, I help clients develop practical tools, gain insight into their experiences, and build on their strengths. Above all, I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward greater well-being and personal growth.
