About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 19 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and transitions. I live in Paulina with my wife, Christie, and our two French Bulldogs, Mac and Coco, who keep life entertaining and full of personality.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and exploring all that Louisiana cuisine has to offer. I also enjoy sharing my love of fresh seafood with those around me and am always happy to contribute to a good Louisiana gathering. When I'm not working, you can often find me pursuing one of my favorite hobbies: visiting Major League Baseball stadiums across the country. Combining my love of baseball, travel, and new experiences has become a fun and meaningful personal goal.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I believe that growth and change are possible, even during life's most challenging seasons. I enjoy helping clients identify their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. I have a special interest in working with men who are navigating stress, anger, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressures that come with work and family responsibilities.
I also work with couples at all stages of their relationships, from premarital counseling to navigating conflict, rebuilding connection, or adjusting after separation or divorce. My experience in the school system, state agencies, and private practice has also given me experience supporting adolescents and families through behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, and family conflict.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and strength based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Choice Theory to help clients better understand their needs, make empowered decisions, and create lasting positive change.
