My Story
Hi, I'm Paige (she/her). As a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with experience in special education and coaching, I have a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human spirit. These roles have taught me how to guide others through life's unique hurdles with patience and empathy. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults navigate through challenges like anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic work is rooted in a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Brainspotting, I help you build the self-awareness and coping tools needed to create a life that truly reflects your personal values and goals. Away from the office, I share my life with my middle school sweetheart and our five energetic pets: Ella, Marvel, Kip, Beans, and Frankie. I find joy in reading, gaming, and true crime documentaries. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel secure and supported while being your authentic self throughout our journey together.

Clinical Approach & Philosophy
I believe that deep, lasting change is possible when you feel safe and truly understood. My practice is built on a trauma-informed and strengths-based foundation, where I serve as a guide rather than a director. I am here to help you uncover the patterns that no longer serve you and empower you to make choices that lead to a more authentic and purposeful life.
I tailor our sessions to your specific needs by blending evidence-based techniques like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and Brainspotting. Together, we will work to build your resilience and self-awareness in an affirming environment where you are free to grow and flourish.
